Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you complete authority over your email accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you want to forward messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
